Showcase Cleaning
A clean showcase helps your product sell itself. We remove dust, dirt, and tracked-in debris from display homes and refresh the interior so buyers can focus on the quality and features of the build. This includes light dusting and disinfection, full floor sweeping and mopping, interior glass cleaning, and complete vacuuming throughout the home.
The Move-in Cleaning
After installation and finishing work, fine drywall dust can settle throughout your home. With this package we remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue while thoroughly detailing kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, windows, vents, and floors. We make sure your new home is clean, comfortable, and ready for move-in day.

Newly Developed Home Services
Phase 1: Rough Clean
Removes the bulk of construction debris before final finishes are completed.
Includes:
- Dusting/Sweep/Vacuum: floors, stairs, horizontal surfaces, light fixtures, ceiling fans, dust at duct openings
- Residue Removal: grout haze, cement splatter, adhesive residues
- Film Removal: windows, cabinets, and appliances where appropriate
- Trash Removal: packaging, leftover construction materials, and general trash
Phase 2: Detail Clean
Performed after construction is complete to remove the fine dust and residue left behind.
Includes:
- Floors: Hard floors with pH-appropriate cleaner, tile/grout floors, vacuuming and steaming of carpets
- Walls & Ceiling: Removal of dust with wipe down
- Windows: Removal of stickers/films, clean tracks, sills, frames, wash interior glass
- Doors, frames, baseboards, trim: dust, wipe, and remove paint/splatter, then polish
- Cabinets and millwork: vacuum interiors, wipe shelves and faces, clean hardware.
- Countertops and sinks: clean and disinfect; remove residues; clean faucets/fixtures.
- Lighting and electrical: wipe fixtures and diffusers; clean switch plates and outlet covers.
- Appliances: remove leftover packaging, vacuum behind and inside, clean exteriors and interiors
- Bathrooms: descale and disinfect toilets, tubs, showers, tiles, grout, and glass enclosures; clean drains and strainers.
- Mirrors and glass: streak-free clean both sides where accessible
Phase 3: Final Touch up
The finishing touch before move-in, photos, or handoff to the owner.
Includes:
- Final dust inspection
- Touch-up cleaning where dust has settled
- Polish glass, mirrors, appliances, stainless steel, and fixtures
- Fingerprint removal from doors and glass
- Final floor vacuum and mop
- Spot clean walls and trim as needed
- Ensure the property is move-in and presentation ready
