Accepted Methods

  • Zelle, Cash, Check, ACH transfer, Card

Ways to Pay

  • Card or ACH: Paid via invoice or tap-to-pay during service.
  • Cash & Check: Paid in person at time of service.
  • Zelle: message us for details.

Invoices & Timing

  • Sent via email or text after service.
  • Zelle, Card, ACH payments due within 24 hours.
  • Cash & Check payments due at time of service.
  • Missed cash/check payments must be paid another way within 24 hours.

Processing & Late Fees

  • $25 late fee after 24 hours from sent invoice..
  • $50 fee for bounced checks.
  • Card & ACH payments may include a small processing fee.
  • Zelle payments sent incorrectly are the client’s responsibility.

Booking Confirmations & Reminders

  • Booking Confirmations are sent via email
  • 1 day Reminders are sent by text
  • OMW messages are sent by text
  • Cleaning Completion alerts are sent by text
  • Invoice sent via text
  • Service Rating Request are sent by text

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance or a Rescheduling Fee may occur.
  • Must reschedule to a date within 5 days of the canceled service date.
  • Rescheduling outside the window or canceling may incur a Gap Fee.
  • Consistent cancellations may trigger a review of pricing.

*Gap Fee covers for reserved time and extra workload. Recurring service appointments are reserved specifically for your home and time slot. 

 

Weather

  • Services may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe.
  • Clients will be contacted promptly for alternate scheduling.

Special Requests & Extra Work

  • Add-ons should be requested ahead of time; same-day requests may be possible depending on schedule.
  • Unexpected work: $75/hour, confirmed before starting.

Hazardous Conditions

  • Severe mold, pests, clutter, or unsafe conditions may result in service refusal.
  • Work provided until refusal: $100/hour charged.

Liability, Damages, & Pets

  • Liability: Licensed & insured; report damages within 48 hours.
  • Pets: Secure pets during service. Team is friendly but not responsible for escapes.

Satisfaction, Trust & Safety

  • Satisfaction: Report issues within 48 hours; we will correct problems.
  • Trust & Safety: Licensed, trained, and respectful team. Secure valuables as a precaution.

Fee Recap

  • Unexpected Work  > $75/hour
  • Turnaways / No access > $75
  • Bounced Check > $50
  • Late Payment > $25 after 24hrs
  • Late Cancellation > $25
  • Gap Fee > Adujsted off time spent or time frame to next booking base
  • Processing Fee 3% on credit or debit cards

 

Retention & Consent:

  • Data is kept for records, invoicing, processing, and service history
  • By booking, clients consent to this Policy
